Welcome to Wonders Chef (wonderschef.com). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from our online store. By accessing our site, browsing, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

General Conditions & Account Eligibility

By placing an order with Wonders Chef, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if fraudulent activity, abuse of service, or breach of terms is suspected.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring the accuracy of your provided delivery details.

Product Information & Pricing

Accuracy: We strive to display product colors, specifications, sizes, and images as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in screen color display or manual measurement tolerances ($\pm0.5\text{ cm}$) may occur.
Pricing Changes: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as specified at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust product prices without prior notice.
Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error or typographical mistake, Wonders Chef reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item.

Order Acceptance, Confirmation & Cancellations

Order Confirmation: Receiving an automated order summary does not signify our final acceptance of your order. An order is deemed accepted once it is processed, verified, and handed over to our logistics partner.
Verification: Orders especially Cash on Delivery (COD) may require verification via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Customer Cancellations: You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting our customer support team. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled in transit.

Payment Terms & Cash on Delivery (COD)

Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Online Bank Transfers, and major Credit/Debit Cards.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Customers must pay the courier agent the exact invoice amount upon delivery before opening the parcel (unless open-box delivery is explicitly offered by the courier partner).
- Refusing delivery of COD orders without a valid reason damages logistics operations and may result in your address/number being blacklisted from future orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery across major cities in Pakistan takes 3 to 5 working days, while remote areas may take 5 to 7 working days.
Delays: Delivery times are estimates. Wonders Chef is not liable for unexpected delays caused by courier service disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, or public holidays.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses along with an active contact number.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All product returns, exchanges, and refund claims are governed strictly by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Claims for damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery accompanied by unboxing photos/videos.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website including logos, product descriptions, graphics, images, button icons, software, and brand names is the property of Wonders Chef and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any portion of the site without prior express written permission from Wonders Chef.

Limitation of Liability

Wonders Chef shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow product maintenance and safety guidelines (e.g., proper cookware heating, utensil usage, and handwashing instructions).

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of local courts.
